When complete, will present a variety of structures for the entertainment and use of the residents of the Old Samford community - including a large clubhouse venue space, open market pavilions, a bathhouse and grill pavilion for the pools, a bandstand, and a pavilion for the wiffle ball and multipurpose sports fields, as well as a playground, food truck court, pickleball courts, and  walkable connectivity to a broader regional trail system and the broader Old Samford community.​
