OPEN POSITION 1: SENIOR ARCHITECT (LICENSED)

THE ROLE: Lead projects through the full lifecycle—from land planning to detailed technical execution. You will direct the transition from conceptual design into rigorous construction documents while coordinating with clients, consultants, and municipal officials.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional degree in Architecture (B-Arch or M-Arch).
Licensed Architect (up to 10 years of experience preferred).
Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
An appreciation for traditional building patterns and the confidence to integrate modern interventions.

OPEN POSITION 2: ASSOCIATE ARCHITECT (LICENSURE TRACK)

THE ROLE: Contribute to design and production for a diverse range of project sizes and types. This role offers exposure to the full breadth of the architectural process, from large-scale land plans to small-scale commercial and residential projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional degree in Architecture (5-year B-Arch minimum).
Currently pursuing licensure (0–5 years of experience preferred).
Strong technical proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
A commitment to drawing craftsmanship and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
